Bellwork: What is a budget?
Objective: students will create a budget based on the information they find.
Activity: in the computer lab today (10/11 Dec)! Students will use the internet to fill out the "Career Worksheet", "Automobile Worksheet", "Family Worksheet", and "House/Mortgage Worksheet" in their Personal Finance Folder (please see the PowerPoint from 24 Nov for more details).
Homework: complete the "Budgeting log" tonight:
Please have a conversation with a parent/guardian/adult about the budget you created in class. Write a 100 word response here in which you detail the conversation. Share your thoughts as well as the parent/guardian/adult’s thoughts on your budget. Has your mind changed about any of the numbers? Why/why not?
